The client remains responsible for providing truthful and complete information, providing genuine documents, meeting the applicable legal requirements, and complying with the conditions attached to any licence, registration, permission, or approval granted.
Where a matter requires a decision, certification, inspection, verification, professional opinion, legal representation, or other action that can only be provided by a competent authority or appropriately authorised professional, Peace cannot represent that its assistance replaces that authority or professional.
Payment for Peace's assistance is payment for the agreed service provided by Peace. It is not payment for a guaranteed government outcome, licence, registration, approval, or decision.
Nothing on this page should be understood as a promise that a particular application will be approved or that a particular result will be obtained.
